Cancellation policies.  If you must cancel, please understand that we do not grant refunds for any reason for this one-day in-person and livestream program.  If the Chi Center cancels this event, you will receive advance notice when possible, and a full refund. We are not responsible for the cost of any other cancellation expenses you may incur, such as non-refundable travel fees, etc.
